Travel Requirements
Passports
Valid passports are required to travel to the Dominican Republic. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after your travel dates.
Dominican Republic E- Ticket
As of April 1, 2021, visitors entering or leaving the Dominican Republic will be required to complete and submit a digital entry and exit form that includes the traveler’s Customs Declaration, International Embarkation/Disembarkation form and Health Affidavit.
Trip Payments
Full payment for airfare is required at time of booking.
Hotel reservations require a $200 deposit at time of booking. Remaining balance will automatically be charged 60 days prior to travel to card on file.
If you prefer, full payment can be made at time of booking.
Payment FAQs
Q: Can we use a different credit card for final payment, If so, how many days?
A: Yes, you can change the credit card on file before the final payment dates. We recommend 7 days prior to the date.
Q: Can we use multiple Credit cards on one booking?
A: Yes, you can make payments with different credit cards.
Q: Can we split the initial deposit?
A: We are not able to process two forms of payment on deposits, only one credit card for initial deposit is required.
Q: Can insurance be added after booking? If so how many days?
A: Yes, trip insurance may be added any time before travel however CFAR is only offered if added up to 10 days from initial booking date.
Q: Can transfers be added after booking? If so, how many days?
A: Yes, Transfers can be added and requested up to one month before travel.

Room Reservation Cancellation Policy
Following is the general cancellation policy. Specific cancellation dates will be provided at time of booking.
• 91 days or more prior to scheduled arrival no penalties apply.
• Between 90 – 61 days prior to scheduled arrival, deposit is non-refundable.
• Between 60 – 31 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed.
• Between 30 – 0 days prior to scheduled arrival, 100% of the total room revenue will be assessed.
