Welcome to Easy Dream Vacations. We offer Cruise Vacations, All-inclusive Vacations, Family Vacations and more. Our goal is to make Dream Vacations as Easy as possible for our clients.
Originating in 2007, Easy Dream Vacations started as a hobby. The passion to research and develop trips for others was quickly apparent and was fueled by the compliments of those we created and booked itineraries for. In 2008, Easy Dream Vacations turned into a full-time business, not the best year to start a business with the downturn of the economy, but we never gave up. We did shut down operations in 2015 for some personal health issues, but today we are back and moving forward quickly. In 2021, we added our motorcoach tours and are looking forward for that to grow into a thriving venture!
We are located in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, 40 miles Southwest of Milwaukee. We service clients throughout Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois but we are not limited to offering you a dream vacation if you are from anywhere in the United States.
We are currently a home-based travel agency with many tools at our fingertips to provide you with the best service available anywhere. We can meet with out clients in person if you so desire at a designated location such as a coffee shop or your home. We are also available to meet online using Zoom.
We take pride in training our staff with information on destinations, resorts, cruise lines, and travel package suppliers. We have visited many destinations and toured resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico. We have also sailed or toured ships on most of the popular cruise lines. Our training is continuous as we want to be able to provide you with the best service we can.
When we research and book a trip for a client, we put the effort into it as though we were booking the trip for ourselves. For us it is more than a job, it’s a passion! We take pride in our work. When you return from your trip, we will provide you with a customer survey. We want to know how well your trip went; we also want to know if there were any problems either with the trip or with the service. Our goal is always to receive a 100% positive response.
If we do not feel we are qualified to book the trip you want, we will refer you to a specialist for that destination, even if it is a competitor!
We are proud to be members of CLIA, Cruise Lines International Association. We have been an active member since 2008 and have attended their annual convention as well as local training sessions. Our owner Frank Krupkowski has an ACC, Accredited Cruise Counselor certification from CLIA.
As a local small business, we try our best to be active in the community as well. We are a member of the Elkhorn and Union Grove Chambers of Commerce.
